The Administration Department of JMN Dhaka is the backbone of the institution. It ensures smooth management, transparency, and proper functioning of all academic, religious, and welfare activities of the Jamia. With dedicated staff and clear policies, the department maintains discipline, organizes resources, and provides an efficient system for both students and teachers.

  1. Office Management – Supervising day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation of Jamia activities.

  2. Human Resource (HR) – Managing teaching and non-teaching staff, recruitment, training, and staff welfare.

  3. Legal & Compliance – Ensuring the Jamia functions under proper legal guidelines, managing documentation for recognition, donations, and government compliance.

  4. Policy & Planning – Drafting rules, policies, and long-term strategies for the growth and progress of JMN Dhaka.

  5. Communication & Coordination – Serving as the link between different departments, students, parents, and the management committee.
